Judith Sykes and Sarah Featherstone joined keynote speaker Professor Carlos Moreno, creator of the ’15-minute city’ concept, at the TCPA webinar on Rural expression of 20-minute neighbourhoods focussed on creating compact and connected communities in rural areas.  Whilst this poses a different set of challenges from those typical in urban areas, it also offers opportunities for innovative, collaborative delivery of services and infrastructure to support vibrant rural communities and social cohesion, while reducing health inequalities.
