VeloCity team’s Kay Hughes and Petra Marko presented our placemaking approach to rural areas to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Building Communities at Westminster Hall. The session was part of the APPG’s call for evidence as to how great placemaking enhances local productivity.

“More needs to be done to understand how places that are designed and delivered with space, health, accessibility, resilience and engagement in mind can be more productive places, driving inclusive growth with better economic and social outcomes across a city, region, nation, or the whole UK,” said Chairman of the group Bob Blackman MP when the call for evidence was launched.
